Pastor Carl U Smalls II was born in Seoul Korea. He grew up as a military dependent which gave him the opportunity to see much of the world. He resides in Elizabethtown, KY with his wife Tenisha and their 5 children Carl III(Deceased), Colleen, Teonna, Carly, and Trace.
Before he became “Pastor Carl” he served as the praise and worship leader and musician under his father, Apostle Carl Smalls Sr. Carl also served as the Youth Pastor along side his wife, Tenisha for 8 years before stepping into the office of Pastor.
Outside of Ministry, Pastor Carl is a competitive athlete, a sneaker aficionado, and an avid golfer who loves his family and loves life.
Pastor Carl holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Theological Leadership from Lee University. He believes in community and has a heart for the people he serves
Pastor Tenisha Smalls is from Benton Harbor, Michigan but she grew up as a military child and has lived all over the world. She currently lives in Elizabethtown, Ky with her amazing husband Carl Smalls II of 14 years and their 5 beautiful children Carl III (Deceased), Colleen, Teonna, Carly, and Trace. Pastor
Tenisha serves alongside her husband as co-Pastor of Restoration Worship Center in Radcliff. She has served in various aspects of ministry for 17 years. Pastor Tenisha served as a Youth Pastor along side her husband for 8 years before they transitioned into pastoring. Outside of ministry, Pastor Tenisha is a Kindergarten teacher at North Park Elementary and believes God has also called her to the field of education field to be a light to children and their families. She has an Associate degree in Interdisciplinary Early Childhood Education and a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Early Childhood Education. Her greatest passion is to see people broken people healed and walking freely in their identity in Christ. She loves God and believes God has called her to be a voice to all generations!
